Sarah Palin - Alaska governor with Pro-Life credentials chosen as running mate for McCain

Everyone is very happy with McCain's choice to pick someone who really stands for family values at a gut level.



Palin is actually a newcomer to the Republican Party, having recently switched from the pro-succession "Alaskan Independence Party". She is expected to bring some fresh ideas to the "Party of Lincoln" in terms of States Rights and the government not interfering in private affairs of citizens.
